Bala, the design-forward fitness innovator, engaged Ringo Studio to create a set for its new video content platform—Balacize. Working closely with videographer, costumer, lighting designer, and Bala executives, Ringo Studio crafted a visual landscape that extends the tactile brand into the digital realm. Several stages support Bala instructors as they move through routines incorporating each of the ten fitness accessories. Risers, cut-outs, and undulating screens provide ready and varied vignettes, such that the environs evolve over the course of 100 discrete videos. Accessible online and through a branded app, Balacize merges the shopping and workout experience.
